Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 23, 2019, Harsha Mokkarala, Chief Revenue Officer of 2U, Inc. (the “Company”), agreed to transition his focus from Company-wide marketing and sales to marketing, sales and product development for Trilogy Education Services, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, which the Company acquired in early 2019. Mr. Mokkarala’s Company-wide duties will be reassigned over the remainder of 2019.
